Association of accordion Godič is home to good mood and joy for music. The beginnings of the association can ce traced back to the year 2000 when boys occasionaly met at Rušov«c bar in Godič. For special accosions, due to joll atmosphere accordion stardted playing and the foundation of the association was formed. Through people the news about us spread quicly more people joined. Betwen 23 active members there are also girls. We all play on button accordion, so called  »frajtonerica«, and many local people give us support. There are no limits to who can join the association as long as the person can play an accordion. We are playing accordions on CFB, so it is recommended that people who own an accordion to join. We help eachother by socializing and perfecting our knowledge. Result of this is seen on appearances that we have already had. We train in the home of local community in Godič. The enrichment on appearances also bring Podgornik¨s rhytem guitar and baritone, that is played by our new president Zdravko Umek. Sometimes the bass guitar is played by the professional leader of the association Bernarda Zalaznik. We perform on benefits, at various encounters, birthdays, picnics, encounters of accordionists and on weddings. However, October 2008 we had an independent concert in the Cultural home Lukovica where we hosted interesting performers of domestic music.
